SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Kari L. Bartlett DMD LLC dba Dental Arts Cullman regarding appointment reminders, confirmations, follow-up messages, practice updates, and other information related to your dental care. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month depending on your interactions with our practice.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send you. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. HIPAA Notice

Dental Arts Cullman is committed to protecting your health information in compliance with HIPAA. Text messages sent through this program are limited to scheduling and administrative communications and will not contain protected health information (PHI) unless you initiate that communication.

Carriers

Dental Arts Cullman is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, and most major US wireless carriers.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in our SMS program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
